We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction.
However, as a small business, we can only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue at support@hacktronix.in

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.

Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, the refund will be partially reduced or denied.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
